Right of return Policy

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, as subsequently amended and supplemented, lastly by Law 214/2023, as well as Legislative Decree 70/2003, we hereby provide you with the General Terms of Sale governing the sale of products through the website www.dualpicks.it and www.dualpicks.com, a portal owned and managed by Seeft di Bufarini Simone (VAT number 02983090420 - Tax Code BFRSMN92T23E690H), a sole proprietorship under Italian law, headquartered in Jesi (AN), Via Ponte Pio no. 6, pec: simone.bufarini@pec.it, and, therefore, the contractual relationship between, for simplicity hereinafter, DualPicks, which is a patented product and registered trademark, and its buyers.

The Consumer Customer has a period of fourteen days to withdraw from the placed order, without having to provide any reason, starting from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the purchased good.

In the case of multiple goods ordered through a single order and delivered separately, the right of return starts from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good.

In the case of delivery of a good consisting of multiple lots or pieces, the right of return starts from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last lot or piece.

In the case of contracts for the periodic delivery of goods over a specified period of time, the right of return starts from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the first good.

The return notice must be made in writing, using, but not mandatory, the return form available on the website www.dualpicks.it or www.dualpicks.com

DualPicks will send, without delay, a confirmation of receipt of the exercised return.

The Consumer Customer must ship or deliver the goods to DualPicks, or to a third party authorized by it to receive them, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the date the Customer communicated to DualPicks the decision to withdraw from the confirmed order.

The packages containing the returned product must be returned intact and accompanied by any related informative and fiscal documents, including the warranty slip where present.

In the absence or unusability of the informative and fiscal documentation, DualPicks will not be able to proceed with the refund.

DualPicks will refund the entire amount paid by the Consumer Customer, including any shipping costs, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen days from the day it is informed of the return.

DualPicks is not required to refund additional costs if the Consumer Customer has expressly chosen a type of shipping different from the least expensive type offered by DualPicks.

The shipping cost for returning the returned product is borne by the Consumer.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of the initial transaction by the Consumer Customer, unless the latter has expressly communicated a different method.

Unless DualPicks has offered to collect the goods directly, with regard to the confirmed order, DualPicks reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods subject to return or until the Consumer Customer has demonstrated that they have shipped the goods subject to return, whichever situation occurs first.

In case of damage to the goods during transport, DualPicks will notify the occurrence (within 5 working days from the receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow a timely complaint against the carrier chosen by the Consumer Customer and obtain the refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this eventuality, the product will be made available for return, simultaneously canceling the return request.

DualPicks is in no way responsible for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.

The right of return is excluded for:

• goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery;
• goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods by their nature.

The return cannot be made, and consequently will not be accepted, if the product is returned without original packaging and accessories.
