Refund policy

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005, as subsequently amended and supplemented, most recently by Law 214/2023, and with Legislative Decree 70/2003, we hereby provide the General Terms and Conditions of Sale governing the sale of products through the websites www.dualpicks.it and www.dualpicks.com, both owned and managed by Seeft di Bufarini Simone (VAT No. 02983090420 - Tax Code BFRSMN92T23E690H), a sole proprietorship under Italian law, with registered office in Jesi (AN), Via Ponte Pio no. 6, certified email: simone.bufarini@pec.it. These conditions govern the contractual relationship between, hereinafter referred to for simplicity as "DualPicks"—a patented product and registered trademark—and its buyers.

The Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the order without providing any reason within fourteen (14) days. This period begins on the day the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier, physically acquires possession of the purchased goods.

In the case of multiple goods ordered with a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the last item.

For goods delivered in batches or multiple pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the last batch or piece.

For contracts involving regular delivery of goods over a defined period of time, the withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer acquires physical possession of the first good.

The withdrawal must be communicated in writing, preferably (but not mandatorily) by using the withdrawal form available on the websites www.dualpicks.it and www.dualpicks.com.

DualPicks will promptly send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal notice.

The Consumer Customer must ship or deliver the goods to DualPicks, or to a third party authorized to receive them, without undue delay and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date the decision to withdraw was communicated.

Returned products must be delivered intact, together with all related informational and fiscal documents, including the warranty certificate where applicable.

If the informational or fiscal documents are missing or unusable, DualPicks will not be able to process the refund.

DualPicks will refund the full amount paid by the Consumer Customer, including any shipping costs, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the day it is informed of the withdrawal.

DualPicks is not obliged to refund any additional costs if the Customer has expressly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery method offered.

The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Consumer Customer.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly requested otherwise.

Unless DualPicks has offered to collect the goods directly, DualPicks may withhold the refund until the goods have been received.

If the goods are damaged during return shipping, DualPicks will notify the Customer (within five business days of receipt at its warehouse) to allow the Customer to file a timely claim against the chosen carrier. In such a case, the product will be made available for the Customer to retrieve, and the withdrawal request will be canceled.

DualPicks is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of goods returned via uninsured shipping.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

• goods made to measure or clearly personalized;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery;
• goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is returned without its original packaging and accessories.
